Refund & Cancellation Policy – Adonis Plastic Surgery
At Adonis Plastic Surgery, all services and surgical procedures are considered final sales. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in full:
1. General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the medical and elective nature of our services, refunds are not available for any treatments, procedures, deposits, or payments made.
Once payment is received, it is deemed earned in full by Adonis Plastic Surgery, subject only to the cancellation provisions outlined below.
2. Deposits & Payments
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve treatment or surgery.
In addition to the deposit, patients are responsible for all costs incurred by the clinic, including but not limited to:
Merchant/bank processing fees
Administrative preparation
Pre-operative consultations or tests
3. Cancellation Policy
If surgery is canceled before a date is confirmed: The minimum non-refundable penalty is $1,000 plus any additional costs incurred by the clinic.
If surgery is canceled after a date has been confirmed but more than 7 days before the scheduled procedure: All payments made will be forfeited. No refunds will be provided.
If surgery is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled procedure: A partial refund of up to 50% of the total paid amount may be considered only at management’s sole discretion and approval. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Products
Unopened retail products (non-medical, non-prescription) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit only. Opened or used products cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Acknowledgment of Terms
By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. No exceptions will be made, and no patient may later claim they were unaware of this policy.
